This went on for quite a while, with the Technical Support Representative grilling me, courtroom-style, grinding away relentlessly, looking for cracks in my story, trying to get me to break down and admit that my computer was in fact working just fine, that I had just made up this whole wacky episode so I could wait forever on hold in hopes of someday experiencing the ultimate please of talking to a Technical Support Representative.
